How do I place an order on Kismot.com?

  1. Add product to your cart.

  2. When you're ready to checkout, confirm your order details.

  3. Enter your billing and shipping information, and specify the type of shipping for your order.

  4. Re-confirm your order.

  5. That's it, you're done!

What forms of payment does Kismot.com accept?
Kismot.com accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Pay Pal.

Does Kismot ship to P.O. Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses?
We are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses.

How much does shipping and handling cost?
Shipping cost is automatically calculated at checkout and will vary depending on where your order is being shipped and the type of shipping chosen. Please review the order total before confirming your purchase.

When can I expect my order to be delivered?
Kismot does not process or ship orders on Saturday or Sunday. Expedited orders will ship the following business day. Allow up to 2 business days for processing of orders placed with ground shipping. The day of pick up does not count as a day in the shipping time.

Can I cancel an order once it has been placed?
In an effort to get our shipments to our customers as quickly as possible, your order cannot be cancelled or modified. Please refer to our returns/exchanges instructions on how to return your order.

International Orders

Can I order from Kismot.com if I live outside of the U.S.?
Kismot ships online orders all over the world. International customers are responsible for all shipping, duty and taxes associated with the importation of all merchandise. ALL international sales are final.

How much does shipping and handling cost on international orders?
Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout. Cost will vary depending on where your order is being shipped and the type of shipping chosen. Duty and tax fees will also be applied when your order reaches customs. An estimate of the duty and tax fees is provided at checkout, but please note this is only an estimate and the actual price may vary. Please review prices before placing your order.

Returns and Exchanges

What is your exchange/return policy?
Kismot.com accepts exchanges and returns within 30 days of online purchase. We will process your exchange within 7 - 10 business days. There will be a $5 re-stocking fee for any merchandise returned.
You are responsible for shipping the exchange/return merchandise back to our office. We highly recommend returned merchandise be shipped through UPS/FedEx who will provide a tracking number and insurance automatically with each shipment. Kismot.com will not be responsible for exchanges or returns lost in transit. Kismot.com reserves the right to refuse worn or damaged merchandise.

How do I exchange my Kismot item?
Please fill out the Return and Exchange form. Return this along with merchandise to Kismot Exchanges/Returns. You will be notified via e-mail as soon as your replacement item has been shipped.


How do I return my Kismot item?
To return unworn Kismot items for a refund, please check the Return box on the order form. Return the order form along with the unworn merchandise to Kismot Exchanges/Returns. Kismot will send a check for the amount used for the purchase. If the customer used a Pay Pal account, Kismot will credit the customer Pay Pal account directly. We do not reimburse shipping or any duty/brokerage charges. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your billing statement.
